Juice from a blood orange gives this cocktail it's deep hue. To make your own, you will need: 1 1/2 ounces Berkshire Mountain gin, juice of half a blood orange, 3/4 ounce simple syrup, a splash of prosecco, crushed ice and a slice of blood orange to garnish.
